and once the top braces are carved, the top is glued in place......

Years ago I wanted to become a carpenter, but a friend of my fathers told me that I don't have the vision to become one. It's not only the skills, that is a technicality, which can be learned. But a person must has a vision to see what can a certain peace of wood be.
